REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

At NANGS, our artifacts are manufactured through high-resolution additive processes, often beginning shortly after an order is placed. Because each piece is a result of specific technical fabrication, we adhere to the following strict protocols regarding cancellations and returns.

1. Order Cancellation

 

We allow a narrow window for order modifications or cancellations before the fabrication process begins.

  • 12-Hour Window: If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify the studio via our official contact email within 12 hours of the initial purchase.

  • Post-12 Hours: Once this window has closed, the artifact has entered the production queue, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.​

2. Return Policy

 

Due to the specific aesthetic and structural nature of our products, all sales are final. * Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." As technical specifications regarding size, style, and color are clearly detailed on each product page, returns will not be granted based on: * Personal style preferences. * Subjective dissatisfaction with color or finish. * Sizing or scale issues (please review dimensions carefully before procurement).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Returns are only authorized if an artifact arrives damaged during transit or if the incorrect product was dispatched. To ensure a seamless and objective review of your claim, we require the following:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video must clearly show the condition of the external packaging before opening and the state of the artifact as it is removed. This documentation is a mechanical necessity for us to verify that damage occurred during transit.

  • 48-Hour Notification: You must report the issue to our studio email within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. After this 48-hour period, no claims for damage or errors will be entertained.

  • Clear Visual Proof: In addition to the video, please provide high-resolution photographs documenting the specific areas of concern.

Note: Failure to provide a clear unboxing video may result in the denial of your refund or replacement request, as it is the primary evidence required to hold our logistics partners accountable for transit damage.

4. Return Shipping Process

 

If a return is authorized by the studio:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the artifact back to the NANGS studio in its original packaging.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected to verify the reported damage or error:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.​
