At NANGS, we treat shipping with the same precision as our fabrication. Each artifact undergoes a final quality inspection before being securely packaged for transit.

1. Dispatch & Processing Timeline

 

Because our items involve high-resolution fabrication and careful handling:

  • Processing Window: All orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your artifact has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey from our studio to your location.

2. Shipping Rates & Tiers

 

We offer transparent shipping options based on your order total:

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above 599. This discount is automatically applied at checkout once the threshold is met.

3. Delivery Estimates

 

While we ensure your product is ready for transit within our 2 to 5-day window, total delivery time depends on the carrier and your proximity to our studio.

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by region and customs processing; estimates will be provided at checkout.

4. Packaging & Structural Integrity

 

Every NANGS artifact is encased in specialized protective packaging designed to maintain its geometric integrity during the vibration and movement of transit. We utilize reinforced materials to minimize the risk of damage to delicate lattice-work and structural silhouettes.

5. Address Accuracy

 

To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address at the time of procurement. NANGS is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the studio due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-dispatch the item.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

 

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Our responsibility for the artifact ends once it is handed over to the logistics partner, but we will assist with any technical data required for your claim.
